An informal road run around the pretty Howardian & Hambleton Hills.
The 2012 C.O.O.C. Drive It Day Run meets at Malton Market Place for a 10.30 am start and will take in the pretty villages of Hovingham, Ampleforth, Coxwold & Kilburn and then after a lunch break continue via Reivaulx Abbey, Hawnby and Osmotherley before finishing at Thirsk around 3pm. Annual Bressingham Rover Rally

In addition to the very attractive formal gardens in which the rally is held, Bressingham has a steam museum containing coaches from the royal train and a number of famous standard gauge steam locomotives as well as stationary engines. There are also steam gallopers, three separate narrow gauge steam railways on which to ride and a restaurant serving lunches and light refreshments. Alongside the museum and rally field is a well-stocked garden centre, which is also worth a visit.
